A reliable OEM glove program is not defined by one impressive production number. It is defined by how clearly specifications are translated into materials, construction, samples, quality checkpoints and repeatable production.

- Specification Review
Before sampling, we clarify the glove category, target user, performance direction, materials, sizing, branding and packaging. A cycling glove, a leather ski mitten and a cut-resistant nitrile-coated glove cannot be evaluated through the same checklist. Identifying the real use case early helps avoid unnecessary revisions later.
- Material and Construction Direction
Material selection is linked to the product’s function. Examples include breathable fabrics and palm padding for cycling gloves, leather or synthetic microfiber for golf gloves, insulation and waterproof-breathable inserts for ski gloves, and HPPE-based liners with suitable coatings for cut-resistant applications.
Construction details are reviewed at the same time: seam placement, reinforcement zones, wrist closure, cuff length, palm grip, touchscreen areas, logo position and label requirements.
- Sampling and Product Validation
A sample is not only a visual approval. It is the stage where fit, movement, grip, material hand feel, construction and branding can be checked together.
For customized projects, the sample process may include material confirmation, color review, logo artwork, label content and packaging direction. Complex products or newly developed structures may require more time than existing models with standard materials.
- Production Planning by Product
Order quantities and lead times depend on glove type, materials, colors, size breakdown, logo processes and packaging. Instead of promising one universal MOQ or delivery schedule, ZEYUN ProTex evaluates each program according to its actual production requirements.
This approach is especially important for projects involving custom-dyed materials, molded patches, embroidery, special cuffs, retail packaging or multiple color and size combinations.
- Multi-Stage Quality Checks
Quality control should follow the product specification. Typical checkpoints cover incoming materials, panel cutting or liner preparation, stitching or coating quality, dimensions, workmanship, logo application, labeling, packaging and final product review.
For performance claims such as cut resistance, waterproofing or impact protection, approved test reports and the final production specification must be reviewed before external claims are made.
- Packaging and Export Preparation
OEM development continues beyond the glove itself. We support common private-label requirements including woven labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, polybags, zipper bags, header cards, barcode labels, carton markings and export documentation.
